About BetandWin.com
URL : BetandWin.com
Short Description : There's a point in every calendar year, right after the NBA Finals, when the only sport on the map is spring baseball. And as a gambler, when this lull hits you feel tempted for more action. You panic. You lose control. And before you know it, you've placed a three hundred dollar parlay on the Mystics and Sparks. Not because you know anything about the WNBA, but because you crave the action. And then you start wondering, what other strange sports can you wager on? How about snooker? Nordic skiing? Believe it or not, there is a place to bet on such things, the website BetandWin.com. That is, of course, if you're not a US Resident.

    BetandWin.com Professional Review

    By David Lee

    Registration

Registering for the site is simple enough, provided you are not a resident of the US or the Netherlands, because if you are you're wasting your time. Not that you'd care to gamble if you're from the Netherlands, because you're probably high.

    Deposits/Withdrawals

Both deposit and withdrawal options include Visa/Mastercard, NETeller, Moneybookers and Western Union. Fairly standard, and there seemed to be no real obstacles in depositing. Currency options include transactions in Euros, US Dollars, Pounds and bits of string.

    Wagering

BetandWin.com is slightly different from your average sportsbook in that it caters to Europeans and European sports. Curious who's favored in the South Africa/England cricket matchup? Want to put some money down Swedish handball? If that's the case, BetandWin.com is the place to be (Mental note - never move to Europe). The site even offers various languages, ranging from German and Turkish to Ancient Egyptian. Naturally, they also offer American sports lines as well, but that's hardly attractive, when things like "Fistball" are on the board. I could hardly contain myself knowing that SpVgg Weil der Stadt (that's not a typo folks, his name has no vowels and a big V in it) is a 1 to 1.5 favorite against TV Vaihingen/Enz. And yes, his name is TV. Only one conclusion can be made from all this - Europeans are crazy.

The site itself is a little slow, but it is well done. Some of the fun features include being able to bet on users' most popular picks, in game betting and action via your mobile phone.

    Player Reviews/Forums

If a tree falls in a European forest, does it make a sound? Nothing is available.

    Customer Service

Call Europe? And rack up a humongous phone bill? No thanks. They do have an email, however, and I'm sure had I actually had a valid account they would have been quick to reply.

    Bonuses and Extras

BetandWin.com offers online poker, casinos and even lottery games for cash. The odds are standardized on all the games and, much like playing the real lottery, the best part is the minute before you find out you lost. Unfortunately, with the exception of a 10 Euro referral commission (10 euro, wow, I can buy a candy bar!), there doesn't seem to be any bonus payouts. One can only assume it's a timeless European custom, right up there with funny accents and smelling bad.

    Verdict

Two and a half stars of the Posh Spice variety. Nice looking, easy to be with, but then you have the whole Spice Girl thing. And as good as this site is, it's a European site for European people. I mean, seriously, Fistball? How is that different from fisting?
