About Diamonds Sportsbook
URL : Diamonds Sportsbook
Short Description :

Despite having what can only be described as the cheesiest logo on the internet, Diamonds Sportsbook isn't as bad as it looks, which isn't a ringing endorsement, either. It just means the really cheesy, stupid looking diamond in the corner isn't indicative of the site as a whole.

For the most part, the site has fairly standard betting options and really doesn't offer any more than the next. Standard deposit and re-load bonuses apply and navigation is fairly seamless. However, with plenty of withdrawal fees and uninspiring lines, shopping around might be worth the time.

    Diamonds Sportsbook Professional Review

    By Kris Takahashi

    The Look

I used to like Wendy's. They have a good 99 cent menu and the food isn't half bad. But then they started playing those Wendy's "unofficial spokesman" commercials starring David Gest and it was over. I wanted nothing to do with them. That's how I feel about Diamonds Sportsbook. Nice site, but boy what a cheesy looking logo. As far as I'm concerned, it's enough to end this review right now. But I suppose in all fairness we'll give the site a fair go over. Maybe.

    Deposits/Withdrawals

Deposit options include Visa/Mastercard, NETeller, Moneybookers, Check by Phone, Money Transfer, Firepay and food stamps. Withdrawals are via NETeller, Bank Wire and direct deposit. They re-deposit on all credit card transactions, but charge a 5% processing fee on top of that. Bank wires have a $55 fee. Direct deposit has a $10 fee. What a bunch of douches. Where do these people learn to do business? Eat the 5% and get a happy customer.

    Wagering

"Diamonds Sportsbook International (DSI) is the leader in providing a safe, legal and secure place to bet on NFL, college football, horse racing, basketball, MLB, hockey, NASCAR, boxing and many other sporting events from any location in the world."

Funny, but aren't all those sports played in the US? By the way, I speak a thousand languages, all of them English.

In terms of betting options, Diamonds Sportsbook offers "If win" props and reverses in addition to the usual parlays and teasers, which begs me to wish for things like, "if Anna Nicole Smith won her eighty eight million dollars, then the stock of ice cream and bons bons will go up 5000%".

    Player Reviews/Forums

When there are a thousand gambling web sites in the world and few player forums to discuss them, then you're not going to find anything on a site this small. I was going to use the tree falling in the forest analogy, but I used that in the last article.

    Customer Service

They answered the phone quickly. Perhaps because no one was calling. I complained about the fees, but didn't really get anywhere, so I decided to drop the whole thing and find a beer. The conversation was quite pleasant while it lasted, however.

    Bonuses and Extras

Referral bonuses are 10%. Initial bonuses are 10% on $500 deposits, 20% on deposits of $750 or more. Reloads are 10% on $500 buys, 20% on $1,000 buys and are conditional on not using your credit card. So don't. Or do. After all, it ain't my money.

    Verdict

We'll give Diamonds Sportsbook the Kelly Clarkson award. You're new, you don't know what you're doing, so we're gonna give you a free pass. Now it appears Kelly has yet to learn her lesson and make good music. Let's hope Diamonds Sportsbook doesn't follow her path. Or hope they do. After all, it ain't your sportsbook.
